By accessing and using the Veltrix Technologies website (www.veltrixtechnologies.com) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Veltrix Technologies provides IT services including web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, SaaS development, UI/UX design, and related technology consulting services. The specific terms of each project or service engagement are governed by separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for them. Veltrix Technologies retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements. Typically, projects require a 40–50% advance payment before commencement. Remaining payments are milestone-based as agreed. All invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request before project discussions. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not share client information with third parties without express consent.
Veltrix Technologies warrants that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a warranty period of 30–90 days (as specified per project) for bug fixes and technical issues arising from our work. This warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environments.
Veltrix Technologies' liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Veltrix Technologies will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payments.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. For international clients, disputes may be resolved through mutual arbitration.
